Important Note

• 1. Tour programmed may be changed/altered/varied/extended even in case of tour due to unavoidable circumstances, natural calamity, break down of conveyance, local bandh/strike/agitation, road blockage or any other such happenings beyond the control us. Due to the fact that we have no control over any natural calamities including floods, landslides, earthquakes, torrential rains, etc., the additional costs incurred due to these natural calamities will have to be borne by the tourist and if the itinerary changes, it will have to be booked again completely. The old itinerary will be completely canceled.
• 2. In case the tour is extended for any unavoidable circumstances the extra cost will have to be borne by the tourist/client. If the pre-scheduled route is closed due to political and natural reasons such as landslides/stubborn/cloudbursts/processions/religious festivals etc., and if the vehicle uses an alternate route operated by traffic control to reach the destination, the additional cost for using the alternate route will be borne by the tourist. To be carried, by negotiation with the driver.
• 3. Management will not undertake any liability towards any lost/damage of life/property or belongs whatsoever of the tourist caused by any accident/theft/robbery or any other hazard happening during the tour.
• 4. Please brief to guest that vehicle will not be at disposal it will be available to guest as per itinerary only point to point basis.
• 5. Hotel Check in /out as per Hotel Rules. Food will be served on fixed menu basis.
• 6. If guests want any changes in their sightseeing schedule they will be consider as a cancellation with no refund or guest will pay extra cost for the re-schedule the sightseeing.
• 7. On arrival of guests we will provide them with local contact numbers of our executive, who will handle the entire operation.
• A. It is mandatory to carry Voter card or Digital ration card or driving license when traveling in Kashmir. In case of children, birth certificate is mandatory.
• B. Only Post Paid Connector services are available on Mobile.
• C. Pahalgam Sightseeing (Aru Valley, Beteb Valley, Chandanwadi, Dabian Valley, Baisaran Valley etc) is operated by only local syndicate vehicles, Which tourists have to bear.
• D. Hotels in Gurez, Daksum, Karnah, Bangus, Warwan have hot water problems throughout the year, especially during winters.
• E. Most of the Local Sightseeing is done by Local Car Syndicate, Horse/Pony. In that case the Extra cost will be borne by the passenger.
• F. Participants must be in good health and in a good physical condition. It is vital that participants with medical problems make them known to us well before departure. In case any participant falls sick during the programmed, the medical, travel, porter and any other expenses has to be borne by the concerned individual. But please understand there are certain hazards involved in your adventure holidays which you must accept at your own risk. Also Note that : The guest should always keep their cool with the drivers/local people’s/Hotelier as they are not tourism educated and come from different remote villages.
• 9. Basic personal items to be carried include, feather jacket & heavy woolens, light woolens, walking boots, rain proof jacket during monsoon, torch, spare batteries, water flask, cold cream, personal medicines & Sunglasses. Advice guest to bring heavy woolens if traveling to this area is cold throughout the year.
• 10. If any tourist spot do not complete which falls on closing day & if they wants to do the same on next day then they have to pay the extra cost for the vehicle.
• 11. Room Heater available in hotel with an extra cost Bourne by the guest directly.
• 12. The Company in no way shall be responsible for Flight/Train/Bus Miss, Any loss, injury or damage to person or property in connection with the transportation, caused by acts of strikes, pilferage, breakdown of machinery, accidents etc.
• 13. Every client/tourist must carry valid photo identification documents (such as Passport, Voter ID Card, Birth Certificate, or relevant standard address registration proof). Original documents are also required to be carried.
• 14. All Sightseeing are depends on the permit, weather, time, road condition and rules of local administration.
